The Internship Program is a remote program for college students (juniors and seniors) and graduate students studying fields in the Humanities, Arts, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, and Business/Nonprofit Management. Interns are responsible for assisting with program coordination; providing administrative support to the Executive Director, staff, and fellows; assisting with grant writing and fundraising; and other administrative tasks as assigned. This program is best suited for individuals interested in nonprofit management.
Ideal candidates will have a major/background in one of the aforementioned fields; an invested interest in supporting the mission of The Re-Education Project and its commitment to the Black community; excellent written, communication, organization, and time management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to take initiative, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines; and proficiency in Google Drive programs. Additionally, being detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and adaptable are requirements for this role.
